The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to young people through a variety of activities and programs.
This includes developing and implementing educational programs, facilitating group activities, and providing mentorship and counseling services.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster positive relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement youth development programs.
Provide guidance and support to youth in need.
Facilitate group activities and discussions.
Develop and maintain relationships with community partners.
Assist in the development of educational materials for youth.
Provide crisis intervention services when needed.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
